The New Zealand Counter-Strike Premier League ("NZCSPL", "we", "us") operates this website and organises the NZCSPL competition. For any privacy enquiries, contact us at contact@nzcspl.org.
2. Information we collect
When you register a team or interact with our services, we may collect: team and captain names, email addresses, Steam and Faceit identifiers, Discord handles, and match-related performance data. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13 years of age.
3. How we use your information
We use your information to operate the league, verify player eligibility, communicate with captains, publish standings and statistics, and enforce our Rules and the NZ Esports Code of Conduct.
4. Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information with tournament officials, broadcasting partners, and integrity bodies (such as NZ Esports) where necessary for the operation and integrity of the competition.
5. Your rights
Under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing contact@nzcspl.org.
6. Security
We take reasonable steps to protect information we hold from loss, misuse, and unauthorised access. No online service can be guaranteed 100% secure.
7. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated on this page.
